Salary Range: $14.62-19.93 (8 steps)
Qualifications desired : The successful candidate for this position shall possess the following qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma **Must hold a current ServSafe Level1 certificate or be able to obtain one within sixty (60) days.
Experience: Preference will be given to those individuals with prior experience in the school lunch program. Should have demonstrated efficient preparation skills.

- Specific knowledge of school lunch program as it relates to lunch components and quantity and quality control.
- Knowledge of preparation, serving and storing of foods to insure palatability and non-contamination.
- Working knowledge of institutional food preparation equipment.
- Ability to prepare and serve food as directed and perform other duties as directly related to the scope of the general job description.
- A genuine desire to serve students and staff as valuable customers.
