Inside Sales Representative and Office Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various channels, including outbound and warm calling, to grow their business and brand awareness through cost-effective advertising and community support campaigns. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our products can meet those needs.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present community support pages and special projects.
• Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads and nurture existing relationships.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to present options and close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Front office and customer support for walk-in ads, subscriptions and single copy sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably media sales.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with outbound calling and inside sales techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a deadline-centered environment.
• A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
