Essential Functions
- Retrieve job list and checking for Priority Lists
- Complete change-over activity if needed (machine preparation from previous job set up)
- Set-up and manage CNC machine to perform various jobs including but not limited to drilling, and grinding.
- Loading raw materials
- Use set-up sheet to enter job measurements and requirements for production
- Locate specific program inside of computer
- Unloading finished cut materials
- Assisting Lid Technicians as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Competent in interpersonal communication skills to interact with fellow co-workers
- Possess the ability to stay motivated and work independently on tasks
- Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgement in decision making
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Skilled in the use of various power tools, and hand tools
- Dependable and Reliable worker
- Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
- Standing on feet for an extended period of time
