ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and interpret blueprints, build packets, and measurements to plan layouts.
- Sourcing cart with correct materials needed for the project
- Mig welding various sizes of products that are either steel or aluminum
- Assessing welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Fabrication and or welding experience in either aluminum or steel required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic measurement and math skills
- Very attentive to details
- Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgment in decision making
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Skilled in the use of various power tools, and hand tools
- Dependable and Reliable worker
- Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
- Standing on feet for an extended period of time
