We are currently seeking an Electronic Banking Representative at our East Village location in Des Moines, Iowa. The Electronic Banking Representative provides accurate, efficient, friendly, and exceptional customer service and support for deposit operations and Electronic Banking products and services including ACH, VISA debit cards, wire transfers, online banking, mobile banking, voice banking and eStatements. The Electronic Banking team processes, verifies, and reconciles the electronic banking transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures and bank regulations.
Candidates that express an interest in this invitation must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year experience in electronic banking or bank operations; strong customer service skills with a quality service mentality with a desire to exceed the customers service expectations; proficiency in PC in a Windows environment, Word, and Excel; positive team player and ability to accept and successfully adapt to change; strong analytical/reasoning skills, attention to detail, and good organizational and time management skills; excellent communications skills, both oral and written; and willing to learn how to navigate new software systems and attend training.
