Merchandise Coordinator

About the Role:

Our Merchandise Commerce Coordinator will support all eCom merchandising initiatives for IPSY.com. The Coordinator will own general administrative duties, including but not limited to: SKU management, PDP maintenance, site updates, inventory management, and special projects.

This position is a hybrid role based in Pembroke Pines, FL with 2 days in-office and the rest can be remote.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with day-to-day operations to facilitate set-up of product across internal IPSY systems 
• QA product accuracy prior to launch; validating copy, imagery, and grouping
• Monitor and manage inventory for the web, in coordination with merchants, planning, and operations
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs post event
• Co-manage PO approval process across all commerce initiatives
• Communicate product and proposal updates effectively to key stakeholders
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Outlist vetting across all commerce programs
• Universal Contingency Project 
• Commerce Sales Dashboard (daily updates)
• SKU Encyclopedia (weekly updates)
• Weekly Daily Store Reporting (weekly updates)
• Merchant Reporting Tool (daily updates)

What We’re Looking For:

• BA/BS degree required
• 1 years of experience in an e-commerce role
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications
• Strong attention to detail with bias for action
• Excels in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for the beauty industry

For United States Remote Roles: Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states where IPSY has established a Business presence to be eligible for hire: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wyoming.

For Canada Remote Roles: Remote positions which may be performed in any of the Provinces listed below where IPSY has established a Business presence: British Columbia and Ontario.

For Latam Remote Roles: Only Argentina based applicants will be considered. At this time, we are able to hire remote employees in Argentina. Please submit a CV in English. 

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, IPSY also offers a bonus, equity grants and competitive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
