Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing all day-to-day operations. Is customer centric and proactively drives company growth by securing new relationships and projects on a repeated basis. Demonstrates leadership by motivating and aligning all employees with company standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
• Meet quoted job budgets through effective monitoring of labor and costs associated with the project.
• Allocate and track daily labor requirements with field staff and customers
• Monitor inventory and manage daily charge outs from inventory and receipt of inventory through communication with head office
• Demonstrate human resource management through effective supervision, retention, and recruitment of employees, including superintendents.
• Manage and promote a culture of safety in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience, preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as company accounting software and basic web functions
• Bilingual is a plus
• OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred.
• Willingness to travel to job sites
• Organized
• Good Communicator  

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
