What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Ironbo Inc.?
Position Overview:
The employee will provide day-to-day support of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist with coordination of stock material. Ensure that all exterior areas of both office and warehouse are kept clean and tidy including all trash and recycling areas.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Reports to the Warehouse Manager
- Update and maintain Vtiger, Airtable, VAST, CATs, and any other systems in accordance with Ironbo and client standards – Part 1
- Support all incoming and outgoing shipments including but not limited to decom, returns, claims, inventory stock, orders, etc.
- BOMs and stock inventory as needed.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and submit orders as needed.
- Clean, sanitize and disinfect on a daily basis including but not limited to floors, work areas, computers, bathrooms, coffee machines, etc.
- Assist Logistics Coordinator as needed for returns, claims, etc.
- Assist Logistics Associate as needed to load and unload vehicles.
- Ensure the exterior grounds are kept swept clean, snow removal, salt, garbage pickup, front landscaping, etc..
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Supervision Received: Position requires the ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Must have and maintain a clean valid USA driving record.
· Physically able to perform day to day activities as described above
· Must be detailed oriented.
· Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Drug-Free
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
