As a Staff IT Data Engineer at Ironclad, you'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions. What you'll do:
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.

Staff IT Data Engineer @ Ironclad

What you'll do:
- Collaborate cross functionally with Business Intelligence, analysts, and other data teams to design, build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines from a wide range of data sources
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and gather project requirements
- Develop and implement data management processes including data cleansing, data validation and data governance
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to a data warehouse while prioritizing data governance and scalability
- At least 5 years of experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex data systems/processes
- Experience with data platforms such as SnowFlake, BigQuery, FiveTran, dbt, Airflow, etc.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ELT/ETL pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD (Terraform, Git, Jenkins)
- Experience with cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Looker
- Optional experience in:

- AI and ML evaluations and data pipelines
