Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction helper or handyman to support our construction team in various project phases. Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials during construction activities
- Help with measuring, marking, and layout tasks under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed
- Support in minor carpentry, demolition, or finishing tasks under guidance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferably a truck)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
