As the Lead Interior Designer at CKC Custom Homes, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into breathtaking living spaces. Collaborating closely with our team of architects, builders, and clients, you will oversee every aspect of the interior design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design Development: Develop innovative and visually compelling interior design concepts that align with clients' preferences, lifestyle, and architectural style of the home.
Space Planning and Layout Design: Utilize your expertise in spatial planning and layout design to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal within the home's interior spaces.
Material and Finish Selection: Curate a cohesive palette of materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that harmonize with the overall design concept while reflecting the client's taste, budget, and lifestyle.
Customization and Detailing: Collaborate with clients and artisans to design custom furniture, cabinetry, built-ins, and architectural details that add uniqueness and personality to each project.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of the interior design plan, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and craftsmen to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design specifications.
Budgeting and Procurement: Develop comprehensive project budgets, track expenditures, and source furnishings and materials within specified budgetary constraints without compromising quality or design integrity.

Qualifications:
