- Work closely with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address and resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt manner
- Maintain thorough documentation and records related to order processing
- Provide support in monitoring inventory levels and reorder points
- Assist the sales team by providing vital information on order statuses and processing updates
- Adhere to company policies and protocols throughout the order processing workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing or a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using ERP software and order management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in order processing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Team-oriented with the capability to work independently when required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Basic math skills to assist with order calculations and inventory checks
- Knowledge of the PPE industry or supply chain processes is advantageous
