Riverside Clinical, a research site specializing in clinical trials on Alzheimer's Disease, is hiring a Medical Assistant for the front & back office. They will provide medical support to our team of physicians and research coordinators.
\n- Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office
- Perform blood draws (venipuncture) safely and effectively
- Process laboratory samples accurately
- Assist with EKGs, vital signs, subcutaneous injection, and other procedures as needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- CPT-1 or Certified Medical Assistant
- Experience and skill in phlebotomy (blood draw)
- Excellent communication and social skills in spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
- Willing and able to travel to headquarters in Irvine for paid training
Hours and Compensation
This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in Riverside, CA on Central Ave next to the Riverside Plaza mall and close to the 91 Freeway.
The starting compensation for the role is $25/hr (approximately $52,000 per year). Depending on job performance, there is a possibility for growth.
