Salary: $103,995- $142,380/year DOQ excellent benefits.

The Senior Financial Analyst is part of a team of 5 full-time employees. A Senior Financial Analyst designs, analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations for utility rate structures and fees that support long-term and short-term financial plans and ensure the Districts' financial stability. This person provides support to other departments and offers suggestions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate is a high performing self-starter with the ability to review, interpret, and summarize complex data. They are an accomplished speaker, attentive listener, and effective negotiator. They have a positive attitude and work well with others. Requires equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field and 3 years in a finance analytical function. MBA, proficiency with Oracle financial systems, and experience building and updating conceptual models preferred.
