The Software Support Specialist III offers high quality customer service and troubleshooting to all stakeholders with our managed software programs. This includes working with teachers, parents, and students. Support is given through a Help Desk ticketing system and over the phone. This team member works as a part of Irvine Unified’s EdTech Team. The team is highly collaborative, dynamic and tightly knit with a work environment that is energetic, creative, and supportive.
This position is a full-time, benefitted position with paid holidays and employer retirement contributions. The position is in-person with the potential opportunity to work from home one day per week.
