Front desk receptionist/Rehab tech

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Rehab tech to join our medical office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Full training provided by employer.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate medical scheduling and coordinate care plans for patients.
• Process medical collections and manage patient records with confidentiality.
• Assist with office management tasks, ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate communication and enhance patient experience.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and light cleaning.
• Administering physical therapy modalities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical software is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
