- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning that meets diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with library services and resources to support literacy education initiatives.
- Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is highly desirable.
- Ability to demonstrate strong writing skills for lesson plans, reports, and communication purposes.
