Job Description:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for their Rochester, NY location. This position is designed to support Commercial technicians and clients through various administrative tasks, as well as supporting their peers within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Support field and sales staff
- Assist the Commercial Install department by generating and assigning leads, processing small projects and purchase orders when necessary
- Assist field staff with quoted repair estimates, part ordering, and scheduling
- Answer commercial questions and assist the contact center with booking service calls, and scheduling service work orders from emails and portal clients
- Assist in account management, retention, and updating client records
- Provide customer support, process clients' payments and handle inquiries
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned contracts
- Assist non-contract clients and contract clients when their account manager is unavailable
- Follow up after services to identify and resolve issues or concerns
- Assist with the administration of new and renewal maintenance agreements
- Proactively schedule maintenance visits with customers and assign them to technicians
- Analyze and manage the maintenance schedule, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure all expected work from the previous day is completed, follow up and address any situations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, 2 year degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry preferred
- Understanding of construction industry required
- Notary Certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Experience/familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $23-27 per hour, plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
