Job Description:
Wade Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Leetsdale, PA, location, proudly servicing the Pittsburgh metro area. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work thoroughly and accurately.
Sign on bonus available for experienced technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames and troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
