iSeek Counseling is a group practice in Arvada, Colorado dedicated to providing individual and group therapy, in-person and virtually. Our priority is to empower our clients to learn and grow while processing emotions and identifying effective ways to engage in their lives. We are excited to announce we are hiring therapists! Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular psychotherapy appointments with clients
- Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
- Continually assess client needs and provide ongoing support and skill building
- Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when appropriate
- Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits and contacts
- When required, refer clients to outside resources or agencies
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each client
- Maintain all required DORA qualifications and appropriate insurance
- Attend weekly supervision
Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Registered with DORA
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
- Dependable relationship building capabilities
- A positive and compassionate attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs
- Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and DORA requirements within the field
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
