Position Summary:
ISI Professional Services is seeking an Asset and Inventory Specialist. The Asset and Inventory Specialist will provide support services to our clients Property Management Division to maintain their property management program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical inventories, provide guidance and property audits at airport operations and facilities for all types of supplies, equipment, material, and property (except real estate).
- Utilize government provided equipment to conduct audits and capture the asset data.
- Utilize government property management systems to enter, review and report on asset data and provide support to other personnel seeing guidance on utilizing the system.
- Perform inventory reconciliation, prepare reports and enter data in Property Management System of record.
- Support inventories, control reviews and perform exhaustive research to mitigate inventory losses and/or issues.
- Support disposition processing of unrequired and excess personal property at field locations.
- Conduct Accountability and Compliance Audits.
- Establish and maintain property management documentation and comprehensive files.
- Provide guidance, research and administrative and customer support to management and field personnel.
- Travel to government facility locations over the course of a 6-month annual inventory period campaign, to provide asset and property management support services during annual inventory campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
- Associates degree in related field preferred but not required or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associates degree. Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to their functional area.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain HSPD- 12 PIV credentials.
- Must be able to travel an estimated 50% per year, annual inventory campaign period is between January 1 and August 30.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to manage various tasks, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously, have thorough knowledge of agency-wide practices, policies, software, and computer systems, and perform their job duties in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervisory oversight.
- Ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite with emphasis on MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS Excel. Proficiency with MS Access preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must work well with management, peers, contractors and employees.
- Must be able to work independently under general direction, have a high degree of attention to detail, and be trusted to enable on-time delivery of results for multiple projects within a dynamic work environment.

Work Setting/Environment/Travel Requirements:
- Monday through Friday, Normal business hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Salary : $43,500 - $55,000
