Island Country Club, located on beautiful Marco Island, is currently looking for a part-time Driving Range Attendant who is positive, energetic, and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will pride himself / herself on attention to detail and offer an exemplary level of member service. This part-time position is considered seasonal through April-May 2025. The pay range is $13.50-$23 / hour based on pay rate and gratuities.
Job Summary (Essential Functions) :
Provide driving range services to members and guests.
Job Tasks / Duties :
- Continuously inspect range stations, and refill as necessary
- End of day, begin transitioning range stations to close (consistent with demand)
- Sweep chipping green when unoccupied
- Clear greenside sand traps of balls
- Clear collection area of any stray balls
- Using range picker, pick up all practice balls on driving range
- Separate dirty range balls and run through ball washer
- Load clean balls back into utility bags
- Ensure all areas are tidy and free of trash
- Remove yard marker, towels end of day
- Organize ball washing room and maintain ball washer
- Organize and load utility cart for maximum efficiency (replacement range balls, baskets, divot tools, rake, etc.)
- Weekly housekeeping tasks as assigned
- Attends staff meetings.
- Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and Director of Golf.
