What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Housekeeping Inspector position at Island Realty?

Our Executive Housekeeping Inspectors work a fun and active shift inspecting vacation rental units on Sullivan’s Island and IOP.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working independently
  • Inspecting beach vacation rental properties for cleanliness and readiness
  • Assisting with cleaning units as needed
  • Replacing amenity items 
  • Maintaining communications with Company field and office staff
  • Reporting maintenance issues or damages
  • Resolving issues with professionalism

 

If you possess the following, we'd love to see your application! 


  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to operate under pressure
  • Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Your own reliable, personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license required
