Description
Ability to assist in supervision of line and prep cook staff. Ability to produce the main bulk of the menu items by adhering to recipes with the ability to substitute and improvise. Assist in grocery rotation, proper cooling, reheating methods and food production labeling. Assist in production, main line or prep as needed.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent and three to five years previous experience in mass food production such as military, institutional, banquet or casino required. Secondary education or culinary program/college a plus along with any ACF certification.
