What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward - Graveyard position at Island View Casino Resort?
Responsible for deep cleaning all kitchen cooking equipment in all venues, deep cleaning all floors in venues, deep cleaning all drains in venues, all general cleaning needs in all venues/outlets, and all used grease removal on property and any other task given by Steward Supervisor including disposing of trash, washing dishes/pots, and any other cleaning assignments.
