What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Manager position at ISLAND WAY GRILL?
Island Way Grill is looking for an experienced Manager to join our time. Must be available nights and weekends.
Your responsibilities would include:
Managing day to day operations for a 750 seat restaurant, and managing a reservation system for up to 1600 guests on holidays (pre-Covid)
Assist in handling escalated customer concerns with excellent customer service
Complete financial end of night closing report for 55 employees
Maintain constant communication between clientele, front and back of house staff
Plan, organize and execute private dining events and requests
Develop strong relationships with clientele and staff
Display a positive and encouraging attitude in a high pressure environment
