We are seeking a Senior FP&A Reporting & SaaS Migration Specialist to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting platforms and assist in the migration to the Board Enterprise Planning Platform. This role will involve significant data analysis work, providing technical support for existing tools and processes, and playing a key role in the migration to the new SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills as they will be interacting with business users frequently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support for existing FP&A applications and reporting platforms, ensuring continuity and support during the migration to the new SaaS platform.
- Lead data analysis initiatives and support reporting processes by collaborating with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers.
- Manage a team of data engineers to ensure data accuracy and optimize processes for analytics employees.
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis, reporting, and migration.
- Learn and support newly introduced Financial ERP Cloud applications and ancillary finance platforms.
- Apply dimensional reporting knowledge to develop complex SQL scripts and stored procedures.
- Work with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow analysis.
- Develop and maintain data forms, calculation scripts, MAXL automation, and batch jobs using business rules.
- Create and maintain Block Storage Outline / Aggregate Storage Outline (BSO/ASO) cubes.
- Implement and maintain the following platforms: Hyperion BI , Hyperion Reports, Hyperion Essbase, Smart View, and Oracle Database interaction.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with the implementation, development, and support of FP&A reporting platforms, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Strong experience in financial management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, with deep familiarity in financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
- Knowledge of Oracle Database Schema and Snowflake Schema data modeling techniques is preferred.

- Strong SQL skills, including SQL Loader functionality to integrate data between Essbase Cubes and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with SaaS reporting tools, AI/ML workflows, and Board Enterprise Planning Platform is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with Hyperion BI (Web Analysis) and Hyperion Analyzer.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Reports 7.x/9.x, and Hyperion Excel Add-ins.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
