IST Management is seeking a Full Time Office Services Professional to join our Miami team! The Office Services Professional will be responsible for providing high level, white glove services assisting with mail, package, copy/print services, as well as on site hospitality on-site in a legal environment.



Ideal candidates have experience working in the legal setting.

Hourly Compensation: $26.00-26.00 USD/hr, on a weekly payroll



Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays, Pet Insurance and Bonus Incentives



Schedule: 8:00-5:00PM, Monday-Friday - no nights, no weekends!



The Office Services Professional will provide a wide range of office services for the Miami office, including:

  • Provide complex copy/print and mailroom/package services to on site paralegals and attorneys
  • Proactively manage, order, and organize all on site office inventory supplies
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using multifunction devices such as copiers/scanners
  • Ability to comfortably move/carry file boxes between 20-50lbs
  • Tasks as assigned by supervisor; follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
  • Able to replace the receptionist at any point to provide seamless support during breaks/lunches;
  • Demonstrate very strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills



Ideal candidates have experience working in the legal setting.


Other qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing mail/copy services is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required, authorization to work for any employer in the US required; experience working in hospitality, retail, or restaurants is a plus!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, and to sit/stand for extended periods of time
