Position Details: This direct hire role is for a full time Mail, Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Moon Twp
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: 15.00 - 15.00 USD/Hour Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

- Process all incoming & outgoing USPS mail
- Shipping and Receiving
- Operate copy and mail equipment
- Manage office supply inventory
- Assist with meetings and conference rooms
- Light facility work
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable means of transportation to - from work
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service/ Hospitality / Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be reliable
