Our client, a a nonprofit professional association supporting corporate real estate professionals worldwide headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Learning Program Coordinator to support its professional development programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate learning programs, classes, and professional development events from planning through execution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal faculty, volunteer instructors, and senior-level participants
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and class logistics to ensure learning programs and events run seamlessly
- Maintain and update LMS and CRM systems to ensure accurate records and smooth program operations
- Communicate with stakeholders across multiple time zones and global regions
- Provide high-touch customer service to volunteers, internal teams, and executive-level participants
- Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements related to learning programs
- Collaborate within a small team to support and manage all professional development initiatives for the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, LMS administration, or program coordination
- Experience supporting learning programs, internal faculty, or training logistics
- Experience working within Learning Management System (LMS), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level professionals and executives and working with global stakeholders across different regions and cultures
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset — responsiveness and professionalism are key
- Experience working in a professional association, member services, or similar organization is a plus
- Familiarity with Association Management Systems (AMS), such as Aptify, preferred
- Exposure to instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creation is a plus
