Join our fast-paced service team supporting clients with onboarding, account opening, and day-to-day service needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for client calls, emails, and requests.
- Handle end-to-end account opening, onboarding, and servicing tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Provide proactive, dependable service and identify opportunities for additional banking or treasury solutions.
- 3-5 years in banking, call center, customer service, or treasury support.
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling high-volume inquiries.
- Experience with banking products, commercial/corporate accounts, and online/treasury platforms.
- Strong attention to detail; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.
