Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and testing for various technology implementations.
- Perform system analysis to help identify gaps and business process improvements
- Partner with IT and all divisions to facilitate transition and integration to new third-party technology platform
- 10 or more years of related analysis, testing and implementation experience.
- 6 or more months of OneTrust system implementation experience preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in using enterprise tools like JIRA, MS office suite and sharepoint.
- Greater than 5 years of requirement analysis and mapping as-is, to-be process flows.
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytic, and management skills
- Experience with technology and system implementation
- Ability to communicate with technical as well as non-technical audiences to ensure quality solutions
- A self-starter who can execute on objectives and plans with minimal to no supervision.
- An analyst at heart with keen focus on holistic system design.
- Ability to scribe and keep on top of all decisions made, become the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders for system, process and data related questions.
- Prior project management experience is a plus
- Prior experience with third party risk management or the financial industry a plus
- Prior experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to develop, maintain, and cultivate effective relationships across divisions
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experience working as business analyst in mortgage industry
- Can interface between business and technical teams
- Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
- At least 6 months experience with OneTrust,
- 2 years with Jira
- All MS 365 Suites with advanced Excel
- Jira
- Visio, SQL, Tableau, worked within Agile methodology/Scrum team,
- end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC),7 analysis, testing and implementation.
