Key Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in litigation (wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, etc.)
- Draft/respond to motions, including summary judgment
- Conduct workplace investigations and audits
- Advise on compliance, risk management, and personnel matters
- Represent clients before administrative agencies (EEOC, DFEH, PERB)
- Participate in labor negotiations (MMBA experience a plus)
Requirements:
- J.D. and active CA Bar license
- 4 years of labor & employment law experience
- Public entity/labor negotiations experience is a plus
Salary : $150,000 - $240,000
