7 years of Business Analyst experience
Agile Systems Implementation experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Training and experience in requirements development and use case development

Responsibilities :
Building test cases, helping users complete successful and thorough UAT test sessions and approve application setup with confidence
Analyze and understand the requirements for the Healthcare platform Improvements project and compare vendors propositions with requirements.
Test and compare the product developed by the vendor(s) with the initial requirements.
Ability to operate in a quickly pacing agile environment and communicate with case managers and administration, software vendors and understand development approaches and technology.
Analyze current and new workflows / processes and positively communicate with staff.
Maintaining relationships with internal staff, department / organizational leaders, and stakeholders.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
