Provides, coordinates and/or manages the delivery of ITA’s products or services from an on-site location within a Hotel contracting ITA to provide for and service the needs of its guests. This is accomplished through the efficient use of resources – people, capital, facilities and time, to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits.
