· Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

· Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
· Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
