Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all deli operations to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier food preparation.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of all staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
- Uphold compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Track and manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste.
- Spearhead catering services to expand revenue and meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with ownership and kitchen leadership to develop and update menu offerings.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, always prioritizing satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant, deli, or food service environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead shifts and manage teams effectively.
- Experience with catering, quick-service, or high-volume operations strongly preferred.
- Culinary awareness, including menu development and food presentation.
