Senior Oracle EBS Functional Analyst

Full time salaried role - onsite 5 days/week in Minneapolis, MN

Experience: 7 years | Industry: Manufacturing/Distribution (preferred)

Seeking a Senior Oracle Financials /EBS Functional Analyst with strong functional experience in Oracle ERP, particularly in Finance, Incentive Compensation, and Procurement/Planning. You’ll serve as a critical liaison between IT and business, leading the roadmap, implementation, and optimization of Oracle applications across both on-prem and cloud (Fusion) environments.

• Own and manage the product roadmap for Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Incentive Comp, Procurement).
• Lead and execute initiatives across GL/AP/AR/Cash Management, with hands-on involvement.
• Evaluate and re-implement Oracle Incentive Comp .
• Support Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) – migration to cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Write and analyze SQL queries (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus.
• 7 years of IT/functional business analysis or product management experience.
• 3 years working with Oracle EBS (R12 ) or Fusion ERP.
• Strong background in Finance systems; experience in Incentive Comp and Procurement a plus.
• Manufacturing/distribution industry experience preferred.
• Comfortable working across both cloud and on-prem platforms.

Minimal travel (5–10%).

The salary range for this type of role is approximately $120k - 146K per year bonus potential. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
