Pay Rate:

$14.00/hr. - Park Attendant 1 (Court Monitor)

$14.25/hr. Park Attendant 2 (Check-In Attendant/Cashier)

Introductory (Evaluation period): 6 Months

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring the trampoline courts ensuring that the customers are following court rules.
• Make routine court inspections. Maintaining cleanliness of facility and ensuring that supplies are stocked.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions.
• Answer customer questions about products or services
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
• Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching and standing.

Qualifications: Candidate must be a minimum of 14 years old. Candidate must have good communication and strong customer service skills and must be professional with a positive attitude. Candidate must be mature and able to respond appropriately under pressure. Previous cashiers experience desired, but not required. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test with a favorable result.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow directions.
• Must be able to control a crowd.

Essential Functions for Monitoring Trampoline Courts:

• Responsible for monitoring the trampoline courts ensuring that the customers are following court rules.
• Always promote safety throughout the trampoline park.
• Position requires attention to detail, quick response, and ability to control a crowd and to be interactive.
• Referee the various games, dodgeball, and basketball on the trampoline courts.
• Make routine inspection checks to ensure the courts are clean and serviceable.

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, and standing. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

• High energy level.
• Ability to stay focused.
• Requires standing for long periods of time.
