What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotic Technician position at ITS - Integrated Talent Strategies?
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing client in Hartford City, In area that is looking for 1st Shift Robotics Technician.. Salary range is 30-37hr depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of new processes and robotics.
- Install retrofits to existing systems and troubleshoot hardware and instrument problems.
- Maintain automation processes and writing reports.
- Experience programming Fanuc robots or similar.
- Assist with integrating robots to existing machines.
- Assist with integrating standard vision systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned regarding production improvements.
- Support start-up activities.
- Respond to calls for assistance.
- Comply with safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with completion of preventive maintenance.
- General fabrication skills, Capable of constructing Robot EOATs, Machine guards, Sensor brackets, etc.
- Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
- ISO 14001 awareness training.
