As our Lead IV Tech, you'll do more than deliver exceptional IV treatments—you'll help shape clinic operations, mentor your team, and contribute to a supportive, positive culture that prioritizes holistic health and client care.
What You'll Do
Administer IV infusions and IM injections with precision and care
Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain clinical standards for documentation, sanitation, and safety
Educate clients about IV therapy, functional health, supplement protocols, and wellness options
Promote a welcoming, team-oriented, and service-focused clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Active Wisconsin Paramedic or RN license (Required)
Minimum 1 year of strong IV placement experience
BLS certification
Strong clinical skills with a calm, professional bedside manner
Excellent communication and leadership qualities
Passion for wellness, functional medicine, and holistic health care
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
