The next possible step could consist of assisting the creative process, presenting reports and forecasts to company leadership/potential clients, and coordinating a special event or project.

Job Description:

- Support data collection and analysis for strategic market segments, related to current and potential customers, and competitors.

- May present research results and recommendations to the upper management team to help their decision-making.

- Assist in executing marketing plans for current and new thermal products in Markets as well as in developing marketing programs to promote products.

- Maintain and update marketing content to ensure that the information is accurate, up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible to existing and potential customers.

- Create content using a variety of technology platforms and tools.

- Coordinate and execute marketing events such as trade show events and customer surveys.

- Contact vendors to prepare for marketing events.

- Prepare promotional materials to showcase products.

- Arrange schedules for attendees and extend customer invitations.

- Conduct post-event follow-up and evaluation.

- Manage administrative logistics of events planning, event booking and event promotions.

- Support trade shows by developing status reports on activities related to planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, resourcing, risk mitigation and proposal development for various events.

- Organize logistics and materials for each meeting, arranged spaces and take detailed notes for later dissemination to key stakeholders.

- Fulfill contractual obligations for trade shows coordination.

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
