Ivyhill has an immediate for a front Desk Receptionist for its project located at Scott AFB, IL. This is a full-time position working a 40-hour work week (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00PM). The qualified candidate will provide various clerical and administrative duties, including entering all required information and data into the Scott AFB Military & Family Readiness Center’s (M&RFC) Transition Assistance Program (TAP); and provide computer support on the use of the various software programs that fall within this program. Will input all data as required and maintain currency within the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system, Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program (DOD TAP) web application, and other web applications as specified by Air Force or other authorities. Will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the call or visit, direct clients to the appropriate program manager in the M&FRC, schedule clients for M&FRC classes, and provide complete and clear information that addresses most routine or procedural issues.
The qualified candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to an average of 200 call-ins and walk-in customers to the M&FRC attending workshops and individual appointments throughout the course of the week.
- Create and update TAP related workshops in AFFIRST; assign and schedule required IC Transition tasks to complete for compliance and keep informational material updated as requested.
- Update client checklist on DD Form 2648 in milConnect after completion of IC’s required workshops and documentation.
- Maintain accountability statistics for the Transition Assistance Program in AFFIRST; data will be used to develop charts, logs, and summaries.
- Proficient with internet data bases and mechanisms such as: Skype/Teams, VTC, FaceTime and other online meeting media.
- Other related duties as assigned.
