This position offers a competitive hourly base salary, along with the potential for uncapped commissions.
Compensation:
- Average income is $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
- $15/hour base pay 70% commissions (uncapped)
Responsibilities
- Make 65 calls daily to municipal government entities
- Demonstrate and show the value of software features in virtual meetings
- Send and negotiate contracts with prospects
- Collaborate with sales team and executive team members
- Utilize & track all communications in a CRM (Pipedrive)
- Must work onsite in Logan, Utah
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Desire to learn and be open to feedback - coachability is essential
- High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- CRM experience is preferred
