Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative at TextMyGov, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and setting up meetings to showcase the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

Make 65-95 calls per day to potential prospects.

Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.

Set up meetings with key decision-makers to introduce TextMyGov's products and services.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system (pipedrive).

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings.

Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Setting a minimum of 3 demonstrations per day to pass on to the Sales Managers

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CRM experience is a plus but not necessary

High energy level, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

part time 6am-11am Monday-Friday

Full time 8 hours a day Monday-Friday

Completed demo bonus: $10 per demo completed with proposal sent

Demo to close bonus: 7% commission on Annual Recurring Fee

Salary: $15-$17
