iWorQ is a leading cloud-based workflow software that enables cities and counties to run their day-to-day operations more efficiently. At iWorQ, we are improving the workflows of 2,000 government agencies across all 50 States, territories, and Canada. Our platform is used daily by tens of thousands of happy government employees (NPS of 65 ) helping them manage everything from the maintenance of millions of dollars of assets such as roads, buildings, sidewalks, and bridges as well as the administration and processing of permits, inspections, business licenses, code enforcement violations, to improving citizen engagement and satisfaction, and much more.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support us in achieving our goals of growing our team, product portfolio, customer base, and revenues.
We are based in Logan, Utah and are partnered with Norland Capital (2021), a $1b growth focused private equity firm
Who we are looking for
· The Talent Acquisition Associate will be an integral part of the team as people and culture are #1. You will be excited about working with the CEO and team leaders in 1) driving the growth of each team by improving and amplifying the recruiting process, as well as 2) supporting the onboarding of new-hires, and growing into 3) supporting/managing the ongoing training, reviews, promotions, etc. as part of an employee’s full lifecycle – all of which is very important in a growing business like iWorQ
Responsibilities
- Work with CEO and team leads to assist in driving the recruitment process for open positions with a focus across engineering (e.g. product, coding, systems, infra) as well as sales (outbound/external and customer success / internal), and customer implementation/support roles
- Engage and buildout a database of candidates with relevant experience to be a partner in identifying the best talent for open positions
- Be a skilled negotiator in the delivery of employment offers
- Support the onboarding of new hires as well as monitor overall process through ongoing evaluation interviews
- Maintain a complete record of interviews, candidates and new hires
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly goals
Essential Skills
- Solid experience in candidate/prospect pipeline creation and relationship nurturing
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- The willingness and desire to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication experience
- Experience in identifying and managing effective recruiting vendors
Preferred Skills
- Ideal candidate will have experience in software, technology, or sales industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications (Education/Experience): Bachelor's Degree in Organization Management, HR or related field (nice to have)
