POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Overview :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to the Service Advisor.
Maintain a clear and clean Drive Lane, including the removal of oil and dirt from the ground.
Park customer cars in the service lot and manage keys by storing them in the designated location.
Pull cars around for customers and assist with Service Shuttle and valet.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the loaner fleet vehicles.
Keep loaner fleet vehicles fueled at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
