J. Crew Factory- New Store Opening is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team! We are a family owned and operated retail store located in Missoula, MT. We carry a wide variety of products from apparel to home furnishings.
Job Description:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchase
- Answer customer questions about products, suppliers, or company policies
- Process customer purchases through our POS system
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Notify customers of available discounts and merchandise sales
- Open/Close the store.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- This is an in person position, will be required to work from 8:00am to 4:30pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in retail sales, experience with POS systems is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Good customer service skills and ability to deal with customer concerns and questions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.25 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
