**Duties:**
- Manage and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
-Process weekly timesheets and prepare payroll. Experience with prevailing wage preferred.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including answering employee inquiries, processing employee benefits, and preparing HR reports.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Manage accounts receivable and payables using accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Assist with governmental accounting and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide technical accounting support to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and technical accounting.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting and compliance.
- Knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable and payables.
- Experience with financial software, including financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
