J&R’s Ace Hardware is looking for an applicant to fill the role of Boutique Associate for Canterbury Lane Gifts located in our store. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time applicants.
The ideal applicant has a desire to work in a specialty retail with a customer-focused environment, self-motivated, and a team player. This position requires the applicant to promote sales by providing superior service and knowledge, build strong customer relationships with our loyal clients, and have the ability to learn and effectively convey product information. The candidate will need to have a neat appearance, able to stand throughout a work-shift, and attention to detail is a must. In addition, as a retail store, you will be required to work weekends.
